Contest Rules

1. The "OBC Smart Car Contest" runs from August 1, 2008 until October 31, 2008.
2. Member with the most female referrals during the duration of the contest wins the car. A minimum of 100 female referrals is required to win the top prize.
3. Member with the second most female referrals wins $5000.00. A minimum of 10 female referrals is required to win the second prize.
4. Member with the third most female referrals wins $2500.00. A minimum of 10 female referrals is required to win the third prize.
5. Member with the fourth most female referrals wins $1500.00. A minimum of 10 female referrals is required to win the fourth prize.
6. Member with the fifth most female referrals wins $1000.00. A minimum of 10 female referrals is required to win the fifth prize.
7. 10 Members with a minimum of 10 female referrals will be randomly selected to win $500.00. Winners of prizes 1 - 5 are not eligible for random drawing.
8. In the event of a tie for prizes 1 -5 the winner will be selected by a random drawing.
9. Members you refer must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid picture posted and have an active status for at least 5 days before they officially count towards qualification.
10. No purchase necessary. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. All members with proper picture and valid email address are eligible.
11. Any member who tries to cheat the system by creating fake accounts will be disqualified immediately and their accounts maybe deleted without warning.
12. No spamming – spamming is defined as engaging in the practice of sending unsolicited electronic messages. In other words, do not buy email lists and send mass mail.
13. Official winners will be announced 10 days after contest period ends. Prize money will be sent to winners via check within 2 - 3 weeks.
14. Contest can end at anytime. Rules and conditions are subject to change at anytime without notice.
15. We reserve the right to disqualify any members due to -- but not limited to -- the following reasons: a) Creating multiple profiles from the same residence or household. b) Owning multiple identities on the site in order to qualify and be entered into the contest more than once. This will unfairly increase the odds of winning in your favor and is considered cheating. c) Any account creation or manipulation that we deem, in our sole discretion, to give you an unmerited advantage.
