One of the things I do at OBC is oversee our support department. I’ve noticed that a lot of the questions that our members ask are questions that have actually been answered in our Help section. This led me to believe that we needed to overhaul this part of the site–so that’s exactly what we’ve done.

Please take a look at the Help section whenever you’re confused or have a question about anything here on the site. The Help link is located near the top of the page on the right hand side. And of course, if you don’t find your answer there, you can always send us a support request. Check it out and let us know what you think.
