I think you’re confusing a booty call with random one-night stands. Remember, the most common booty call partners are ex’s.

When it comes to online, some people prefer to get to know someone before they decide they’re booty call material. Once the person feels comfortable after meeting you, then you can proceed to hook up at will etc.

Casual dating is not a strict mandate that all people must be DTF in 5 minutes — it’s about no pressure, no commitments, no-strings attached and letting each individual decide how they want to approach it. Whether that happens in 5 minutes or 5 weeks … each situation is unique and you should be open to just let things happen. Try to understand that nobody likes to feel obligated to do anything with a complete stranger. Be patient.

There’s WAY more (so-called) ‘women’ out here like that, I’m afraid. I’ve been unfortunate enough to have dated more than my share of them. I’ve had a total of about 7 ‘women’ become obsessed with me over the years and 6 of those 7 have stalked me to some degree. Anyway, I feel that it’s a shame that us guys have to endure this sort of treatment from these ‘Waiting to Exhale’-driven Wack Jobs, seeking revenge on us guys over the mere fact that things didn’t work out between us and them.

Also.. Since it was mentioned in the article that on ‘OBC – at least you know that people are looking for something fun & casual..’, I’d like to know why it is that your website gives people the option of saying that they’re seeking this ‘Friends First, Benefits Later’ bullshit. That’s pretty much the OPPOSITE of what a ‘Booty Call’ is supposed to be about. By giving users THIS option, you’re INVITING people (mostly these ‘women’) to come to a site that’s (supposedly) about ‘discreet, adult fun’ looking for a lasting relationship and making things REALLY complicated, difficult and possibly VERY dysfunctional. Quite simply put.. Take down that option. Unless, of course, it’s only there to bait in more potential subscribers to make more money for OBC. Which, I assume, is the SOLE PURPOSE of adding that option to our profiles to begin with.
