It might be time to put your desires for a submissive housewife to bed, gentlemen – according to new study, societies that have more gender equality tend to have MUCH more awesome sex lives.<\/p>\n

Based on a study reported by Gawker from USA Today<\/a>, in areas where women are respected as much as men, there is:<\/p>\n

“more casual sex, more sex partners per capita, younger ages for first sex and greater tolerance\/approval of premarital sex.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The research seems to imply that when women believe they have no other opportunities except to get married and be housewives, they tend to use sex as their bargaining tool… hence our least favorite activity: promising marriage just to get a date<\/em>. When women know that they have just as great a chance of being successful outside of marriage, they’re more likely to enjoy sex and have more<\/em> of it, because it’s no longer their only weapon.<\/p>\n

You heard it here first, gentlemen – encourage your lady-friends, booty calls, girlfriends, and any other woman in your life to follow her dreams and be as successful as she can – it’ll come back to benefit you in many ways (wink wink) in the future!<\/p>\n\n
