Fried pickles, fried Oreos, fried Snickers bars, fried funnel cake&#8230;. you name it, I&#8217;ll eat it.<\/p>\n<p>But even I was somewhat turned off by the news that the Iowa State Fair beginning to sell a new product &#8211; fried BUTTER.<a href=\"http:\/\/eater.com\/archives\/2011\/08\/10\/a-whole-stick-of-fried-butter-on-a-stick-at-the-iowa-state-fair.php\" target=\"_blank\"> According to Eater<\/a>, the newest sensation to hit the fair-food rounds is, &#8221; <strong>a whole stick of butter on a stick dipped in a cinnamon honey batter and deep-fried<\/strong>. And then coated in a sugary glaze.&#8221; I mean, that sounds pretty delicious, right?<\/p>\n<p>All I&#8217;m saying is, no offense to Iowa, but I&#8217;m pretty sure the Midwest has enough of an obesity problem without offering a cholesterol spiking treat like that.
