Multi-tasking, though, apparently isn&#8217;t one of them. According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thesmokinggun.com\/buster\/drunk-driving\/driving-beer-sex-kentucky-875396\">The Smoking Gun<\/a><a>, he was arrested this morning when officers pulled him over for hitting a curb, and realized that he was driving, drinking a beer, and having sex all at the same time.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now to be fair, Howard was on the RECEIVING end of some oral sex, so he really shouldn&#8217;t be all that guilty of that part&#8230; but drinking a beer while driving is clearly dangerous. Officers claim that when they pulled him over, his 53-year-old passenger&#8217;s was buried in his lap, attempting to hide her beer under her skirt.<\/p>\n<p>Howard&#8217;s breathalyzer test showed a .162 BAC, double the legal amount.
