I realize, though, that a three-day weekend in the middle of February isn\u2019t nearly as awesome as a summer holiday, so we figured you might need some ideas on how to make the best of three-day winter weekend – by GETTIN\u2019 SOME BOOTY. <\/p>\n
1.\tSeek out the singles on your Facebook and Twitter friends lists.<\/b>
\nThis is as easy as taking candy from a baby \u2013 just search for the singles who made comments on Wednesday like \u201cValentine\u2019s Day is stupid,\u201d or \u201cI hate Valentine\u2019s Day,\u201d or \u201cGARY YOU FORGOT VALENTINE\u2019S DAY AND WE\u2019RE THROUGH!\u201d then send them a quick message to grab coffee or a drink, where you can commiserate over how stupid all your friends are for spending so much money and time on a corporate holiday, and how you\u2019d much rather be single anyway. One thing leads to another, one flirt turns into a quick kiss, and POOF \u2013 a new friend with benefits is yours!<\/p>\n
2.\tHit a museum (but do your research!)<\/b>
\nPresident\u2019s Day is a holiday combining the birthdays of two of the most influential leaders of all time, George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. This means that museums everywhere will be showing presidential films and displaying various political artifacts. So brush up on your history (and by that I mean troll around Wikipedia for a bit) and hit the museums to meet some sexy academic types. You\u2019d be surprised how much sexual tension is brewing at a museum event (same goes for libraries and science labs \u2013 trust me on this).<\/p>\n
