I mean, I generally use the nominations as a short list of movies I should go see in the coming year (and by &#8220;go see&#8221; I mean Netflix months after they come out on DVD), but other than that, I&#8217;ve come to the conclusion that the awards ceremony is just one big awkward mess of narcissistic celebrities failing at looking humble. <\/p>\n<p>This past Sunday, though, there was ONE highlight of the night, although it had nothing to do with the show, and everything to do with Jimmy Kimmel&#8217;s connections. His fake trailer for a movie called &#8220;Movie: The Movie&#8221; perfectly captured everything we love (and hate) about big motion pictures these days.
