<\/center>\nWell, THIS was bound to happen – according to RadarOnline, one of the winners of this weekend’s MegaMillions lottery (the biggest amount for a lottery of all time) is coming under heat from her co-workers at McDonald’s, because they claim they all chipped in for the ticket that won the big bucks ($218 million dollars!).<\/p>\n
But according to Mirlande Wilson, the Maryland single mother of seven, claims that while she did in fact purchase tickets for her co-workers, the ticket that actually won the big bucks was one she “purchased on her own.” UHHHHH, WUUUUUUTTTT?! While I usually pity lottery winners because they will inevitably be harassed by family and friends for money, this seems like a case of one selfish b-word. From Radar<\/a>:<\/p>\n \nShift manager Suleiman Osman Husein told the NY Post Wilson collected $5 from 15 people in the pool.<\/p>\n \u201cShe can\u2019t do this to us!\u201d he said.<\/p>\n According to Wilson, \u201cWe had a group plan, but I went and played by myself,\u201d noting the golden ticket she claims to have purchased was a separate play from \u201cthe group plan.<\/p>\n \u201cI was in the group, but this was separate,\u201d Wilson, a single mother-of-seven, said. \u201cThe winning ticket was a separate ticket.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Nope. Nope nope nope. Girl is gonna get MURDERED with a mentality like that. And this, my friends, is why we should do away with the lottery. The money is almost inevitably won by some hick in the middle of nowhere with no education or financial awareness, who will blow the millions away on houses, cars, partying and drugs until POOF – the cash is gone and they are left with nothing. <\/p>\n Miss Wilson has SEVEN CHILDREN to care for and once lived on a McDonald’s salary? For the love of God, let’s all pray she wises up, pays her co-workers, and starts a savings account for her kids.
