Holiday weekends are the best. Sunday comes and just when you think you have to get ready to go back to work, it’s like The Universe hands you an extra day of fun and relaxation. Sometimes, though, it throws you off. Like all of a sudden Monday is Tuesday and today is yesterday and someone moved your towel out of the bathroom and now you don’t have a towel. <\/p>\n

So you’ll have to excuse that I, sitting here shivering in the shower without a towel, have been mixing up days all week. I know that the weekly Hump Day Hottie posts are the eye bleach you need to get through the week, so let me share with you a belated #HDH post, with my fingers crossed that you’ll forgive me if I show you a photo of songstress Lana Del Rey totally naked on the cover of GQ magazine. <\/p>\n

Look, I’ll be honest. I’m not a Lana Del Rey, AKA Lizzy Grant, fan. Her song “Video Games” is admittedly catchy, but I don’t think she’s all that talented, and her performance on SNL earlier this year was kiiiinda embarrassing<\/a>. Plus her pouty, trying-to-be-old-Hollywood-glamour thing bugs the ever living sh*t out of me. <\/p>\n

BUT, I have eyeballs and a brain, so I know that her recent photoshoot with GQ magazine, where she was named “Woman of the Year” (?!??!?!?), is pretty damn hot. Wearing nothing but some blingy jewels, Del Rey looks drop-dead gorgeous, and apparently has some even more provocative photos within the pages of the men’s mag. It’s enough to make me want to pick up the issue, even if it means I have to tear out the pictures and refuse to read even a word of the interview because she is the most<\/strike> second most annoying human being on the planet (I couldn’t forget my number one<\/a>!). <\/p>\n

Whatever – for a woman with the voice of a sloth to convince me she’s worthy of our coveted Hump Day Hottie spot, she must<\/i> be bangin’. So good job, you boring jerk<\/strike> gorgeous women.<\/p>\n
