Trying to eat better, exercising, and cutting back on the booze are our three goals, and though I admit I&#8217;ve had my share of boozy nights, I&#8217;ve stuck to just a few drinks instead of enough to drown a small village.<\/p>\n<p>As for exercise, we think it&#8217;s important to be open-minded and try as much as you can. This week we&#8217;re trying rock climbing, and next week swimming (in a heated pool) (inside) (only if it&#8217;s warm, honestly).
