Right around lunchtime though, we admit it&#8217;s tough to stick by our goals. Especially when there&#8217;s a Wendy&#8217;s like three blocks away and oh my GOD a Frosty and fries sounds a million times better than the spinach salad I packed. However, sometimes the Universe conspires in a way that makes your choices easier. Like when I read that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.buzzfeed.com\/ryanhatesthis\/these-facebook-photos-got-a-kfc-employee-fired\" target=_blank>this woman got fired from her job at KFC for uploading pictures of herself LICKING THE MASHED POTATOES.<\/a> Or when I spotted this video of a guy taking a chug of 20-year-old bottle of Crystal Pepsi. <\/p>\n<p>Fast forward to 3:00 if you wanna get to 3:50 to get to the real appetite-suppressing part.
