Specifically, awards for trailers that make the movie look TOTALLY AWESOME even though you&#8217;re like, 90% sure it will NOT be awesome. Or maybe it could just be an award for &#8220;best deceitful trailer for a shitty movie,&#8221; or &#8220;excellence in tricking me into paying $14 for two hours of crap.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>For example, think back to the Iron Man 2 trailer, which <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=siQgD9qOhRs\" target=_blank>looked super bad-ass<\/a>. I saw that movie, though, and it was, how-you-say&#8230; <i>notta very-a good-a<\/i>. It would have won a third award: &#8220;best trailer that has the only good parts of the movie in it, everything else was kind of boring.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I suppose we&#8217;ll have to wait until the release of the movie to see what award this trailer will win, but man, right now it&#8217;s looking like &#8220;most friggin&#8217; rad trailer that makes me super excited,&#8221; however I highly expect to be disappointed. <i><b>What do you think?<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"624\" height=\"351\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/movies.yahoo.com\/video\/iron-man-3-theatrical-trailer-030044893.html?format=embed&#038;player_autoplay=false\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<!--themify_builder_content-->\n<div id=\"themify_builder_content-17500\" data-postid=\"17500\" class=\"themify_builder_content themify_builder_content-17500 themify_builder tf_clear\">\n    <\/div>\n<!--\/themify_builder_content-->\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I think it&#8217;s time to start giving awards to movie trailers.
