It feels like just yesterday we were introducing the month&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinebootycall.com\/blog\/top-5-reasons-for-singles-to-get-fit-this-month\/\" target=_blank>slim down plan<\/a>, and now we&#8217;ve learned how to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinebootycall.com\/blog\/5-tips-for-singles-to-eat-healthy-without-sacrificing-your-social-life\/\" target=_blank>lose weight without losing your social life<\/a>, some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinebootycall.com\/blog\/top-5-workouts-for-singles\/\" target=_blank>great workouts for burning that winter weight off<\/a>, delicious <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinebootycall.com\/blog\/top-5-fruits-and-veggies-for-a-great-sex-life\/\" target=_blank>fruits and vegetables that can improve your sex life<\/a>, fun <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinebootycall.com\/blog\/5-fun-heart-pumping-dates\/\" target=_blank>active dates for singles<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinebootycall.com\/blog\/5-vegetarian-meals-that-will-improve-your-sex-life\/\" target=_blank>some date-night meals for you and your booty call that will get you both in da mooood<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This is the last weekend of May, and Memorial Day signifies the beginning of summer &#8211; how do <i>you<\/i> feel? A little slimmer? Stronger? Ready for a bathing suit? If not, don&#8217;t stress &#8211; just keep up the healthy habits and by June 21 (the actual start of the season), you&#8217;ll be feeling tons better &#8211; we&#8217;re sure of it. <\/p>\n<p>This weekend, enjoy the 3-day weekend without putting on the LBs with one (or all) of these healthy, heart-pumping Memorial Day activities!<\/p>\n<p><b>Pool or Beach Volleyball<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Gather some friends to the beach, park, or a pool and enjoy the sun with a few rounds of volleyball. This fun sport doesn&#8217;t require TOO much skill, but will keep everyone off their butts. Check out sales at sporting goods stores (like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.big5sportinggoods.com\/searchx\/0\/0\/1\/1\/?s=volleyball+set\" target=_blank>Big 5<\/a>), because this weekend is great for getting things on the cheap!<\/p>\n<p><b>Bike mob to brunch<\/b><\/p>\n<p>No one can deny how delicious brunch with friends is on a Sunday when you don&#8217;t have to work on Monday. However, with mimosas and the inevitably fattening waffle breakfast, it can take a toll on your waistline. So burn some cals by getting a party of bikes together to ride to breakfast. Remember to drink responsibly though, because in many states you can still get a DUI arrest while biking.<\/p>\n<p><b>Scavenger hunt<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Live in the city? Have some friends divide into teams and create a scavenger hunt of things to take photos of that you&#8217;d find in bars or stores (probably skip the high end restaurants if you don&#8217;t want to get arrested). Things like calculators, a bell, a <a href=\"http:\/\/24.media.tumblr.com\/tumblr_lk2nkrTeVE1qb2s2uo1_500.jpg\" target=_blank>Dos Equis cut out<\/a>, photo of a celebrity, or other random things will make for a fun race against the clock, and will keep you from spending the weekend sitting on a barstool (though if you do stop for a beer, I won&#8217;t tell anyone).  <\/p>\n<p><b>Have a healthy food cook-off<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Instead of chowing down on extra greasy, super salty restaurant food, watch your calorie-intake (and your wallet) by have a cook-off of your own. Invite everyone to bring over their favorite version of a healthy food: chili, salmon, carne asada tacos, and have everyone vote on their favorite! Sure you&#8217;ll spend the day eating, but likely in smaller portions and (hopefully) of healthy-ish grub. Celebrate with <a href=\"http:\/\/cookieandkate.com\/2012\/fresh-margaritas\/\" target=_blank>skinny margaritas<\/a> once you&#8217;re done!<\/p>\n<p><b>Party now, atone later<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We know that lots of times, your friends aren&#8217;t as in to living healthy as you are. Guess what, though &#8211; they&#8217;re gonna be the ones rocking t-shirts to the beach while you&#8217;re flaunting your toned and strong bod this summer. However, if you feel like livin&#8217; it up this weekend without being the goody-two-shoes asking everyone to &#8220;bring over their favorite kale and tangerine salad,&#8221; then just plan ahead. If you know you&#8217;ll be going on the town at night, hit the gym hard in the morning and eat a healthy breakfast and lunch. Or if you&#8217;re planning to join a day-long pub crawl, stick to light beers and substitute water every other bar. You don&#8217;t have to completely change your lifestyle to get fit &#8211; just tweak the little things that add up, and you&#8217;ll be feeling beach ready in no time.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>What are your plans this Memorial Day weekend?
