And as you’re laying at the bottom of the stairs, holding back angry\/pain tears and wondering when someone is going to find you looking like the biggest schlemiel<\/a> ever, you think to yourself I knew this was going to happen thirty seconds ago, and yet I still did it. What a f***ing idiot.<\/i><\/p>\n That’s probably about how Doug Hutchison is feeling right now, because as The Daily Mail<\/a> reports, the 53-year-old actor is splitting from his 19-year-old wife of two and a half years, Courtney Stodden.<\/p>\n From their “publicist” (aka themselves):<\/p>\n After two and a half years of marriage, Courtney and Doug have decided to become legally separated. This is a mutual and amicable decision that they\u2019re making together. As you know, Courtney was married at a young age. Now, at nineteen, she\u2019s interested in exploring life as an unmarried single young adult \u2014 with the freedom to explore her independence. Doug supports Courtney 100%. The two will share custody of their precious pup, Dourtney, remain living in the same house [for now] in separate bedrooms, and Doug will be co-managing Courtney\u2019s career.
