That’s why in movies when couples move into their new home they end up having some candle-lit romantic love-making sesh to “break it in.” The odds of finding yourself in a totally free-of-furniture pad with a random fling, though, are probably pretty scarce. Unless you’re a real estate agent, of course, who spends a majority of every work day exploring empty homes.<\/p>\n
Turns out two New Jersey realtors in a tawdry affair figured out this convenient sex locale idea – but wanted to make sure they’d be able to meet for a few months. Via Huffington Post:<\/a><\/p>\n A man who filed a lawsuit claiming two real estate agents used his house as a sex pad\u00a0has released footage<\/a>\u00a0he said shows evidence of their trysts.<\/p>\n In Tuesday’s episode of “Inside Edition,” Richard Weiner says that, beginning in 2011, his north New Jersey home was listed above market value by Robert Lindsay, a former Coldwell Banker real estate agent, to discourage buyers and allow him to have sex with fellow agent Jeannemarie Phelan.<\/p>\n The home security recordings allegedly show the agents hugging and kissing each other in different rooms of the unsold home. Additional footage is X-rated, Weiner claims.<\/p>\n Weiner sued in December for compensatory damage for invasion of privacy, infliction of emotional distress, breach of contract and trespass of land\u00a0according to the Bergen Record.<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
