So&#8230; let&#8217;s just say we&#8217;re interested in having one of these dreamland explosions&#8230; can we do anything to improve our chances?<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"cli cli-text\">\n<p>Unfortunately, you can\u2019t do anything that will coax your brain into giving you a guaranteed sleep orgasm \u2014 as wonderful as that would be. That said, we asked our experts to share some tips, and they did \u2014 with the caveat that these suggestions are not research-based.
