Via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/sports\/2022\/05\/10\/tinder-bans-kickball-cupid-using-dating-app-find-players\/9718074002\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/sports\/2022\/05\/10\/tinder-bans-kickball-cupid-using-dating-app-find-players\/9718074002\/\">USA TODAY:<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Gianna Pecchia, also known as &#8220;The Kickball Cupid&#8221; in the kickball community, intended to find love on online dating apps, instead she\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bostonglobe.com\/2022\/05\/09\/metro\/warwick-woman-who-recruited-tinder-kickball-team-is-banned-dating-app-life\/\" target=\"_blank\">found recruits for her kickball team<\/a>.<\/p><p>Pecchia of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, is a part of Clubwaka, an adult sports league, originally founded as the World Kickball Association.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pecchia used Tinder to find 25 players this kickball season \u2013\u00a018 for her own team and seven to help fill three other teams in the league.<\/p><p>But after a very successful recruiting process, Tinder banned Pecchia indefinitely for violating their promotion or solicitation rules.<\/p><p>\u201cOne day, I went to log in, and it said you\u2019re banned for life.
