Gonzalez<\/a>, a sex coach and creator of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sexpositiveyou.com\/\">Sex Positive You<\/a>, a platform that provides resources for navigating sexual interactions,said that it\u2019s one of the most underrated ways to improve sex.<\/p><p>\u201cLube\u2019s main purpose is to increase comfort and pleasure in sexual activities.
