According to a new study, having many sexual partners doesn&#8217;t affect your marriage chances, in the long run. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/sciencetech\/article-11429673\/Having-multiple-sexual-partners-does-NOT-affect-marriage-chances-long-term-study-finds.html\">Via Daily Mail:<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>If you&#8217;re looking for love but are plagued by a promiscuous past, fear not.<\/p><p>Having multiple sexual partners does not affect your marriage chances in the long-term, a study suggests.<\/p><p>Instead, the effects of promiscuity on marriage rates is &#8216;seasonal&#8217; and the number of sexual partners accrued over a lifetime does not appear to have an impact, scientists say.<\/p><p>Researchers from the Universities of Utah and Oklahoma in the US analysed data on nearly 9,000 people who had been followed for 18 years up to 2015.<\/p><p>They discovered that the recent number of sex partners was associated with a reduction in the odds of marriage, but this effect only lasted a year \u2013 suggesting the link is temporary.<\/p><p>Writing in the journal Social Science Research, they said: &#8216;We propose that the effect of multiple sex partners on the likelihood of marriage is seasonal, reflecting a period where the persons are enjoying sexual activity with less commitment.<\/p><p>&#8216;Yet having multiple sex partners does not seem to discernibly influence their odds of marriage in the long run.<\/p><p><strong>&#8216;Although heterosexual women have historically been stigmatised for having casual sex, our analyses suggest that this does not manifest itself in long-term singleness.<\/strong>&#8216;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s right ladies &#8211; if your &#8220;hoe period&#8221; has you worried you&#8217;ll never lock down a husband, it&#8217;s time to put that fear behind you &#8212; and keep having fun right here on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinebootycall.com\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.onlinebootycall.com\">OBC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<!--themify_builder_content-->\n<div id=\"themify_builder_content-28065\" data-postid=\"28065\" class=\"themify_builder_content themify_builder_content-28065 themify_builder tf_clear\">\n    <\/div>\n<!--\/themify_builder_content-->\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you&#8217;ve been a rockstar on OBC for years, meeting new singles, hooking up and enjoying the single life, but are a bit worried your promiscuous past might ruin your chances of marriage &#8211; you can stop worrying.
