According to a study in Scotland, when asked to guess the ages of 3500 various people, the people who were guessed to be the youngest were also those who had the most sex. The reason for this astounding result? “In addition to boosting self-esteem and confidence, sex increases the production of human growth hormone, which is known to improve muscle tone.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

“On average, sex burns about five calories per minute, depending upon your weight.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Good to know… on those cold winter mornings when getting up and going to the gym sounds miserable, there’s a plan B (maybe) laying right next to you!<\/strong><\/p>\n

“…College students who had sex once or twice per week had higher levels of immunoglobulin A, an antibody that boosts the immune system.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Tis the season for raging colds and the occasional flu, so take your vitamin C, eat healthy, wash your hands, and knock boots on the regular. It’s for your health.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“…participants\u2019 blood pressure was taken\u2014those who reported having sex within the last two weeks had the lowest readings.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

This study forced a bunch of men to give a speech to a bored, disinterested crowd, which would probably give me a damn heart attack. Note to self: before public speaking, schedule a booty call.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Men who reported having three or more orgasms per week experienced 50 percent fewer heart attacks and strokes as compared with those who had less frequent orgasms.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
