And according to a report by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ibj.com\/ncaa-tournament-may-cost-employers-18b-in-lost-work\/PARAMS\/article\/18557\" target=\"_blank\">Indiana Business Journal<\/a> , your employer is losing big too.<\/p>\n<p>Based on a survey of the Chicago-based placement firm Challenger, Gray &amp; Christmas Inc, 58.3 million people participate in office pools for the basketball tournament. Generally setting an average of 20 minutes a day to work on them or watch games during the work day.
