All I know is that today is Hitler&#8217;s birthday, 4\/20,  and the date that the highly-anticipated game Portal 2 came out, which means that stoners from here to Timbuktu are going to be couch-bound for the next 24 hours and that stock in Frito-Lay will probably skyrocket 50%.<\/p>\n<p>In celebration of this pseudo-holiday, I have scraped up this funny little video by girl-group Garfunkel and Oates called &#8220;Weed Card,&#8221; about the perilous process of becoming a legal marijuana smoker in California. FUN FACT: a really good friend of your truly makes a cameo in this vid &#8211; he&#8217;s the big red-headed guy in the stoner-apparel.
