We all know it ain't easy for Short Kings out there, but in the era of AI, don't even think about trying to fib about your height on dating sites. According to FirstPost, women have reported that ChatGPT does a pretty great job of scoping out height-related lies. Via FP:
[Women] are taking screenshots of the man’s dating profile, feeding them to ChatGPT and asking for an estimate of how tall he is.
A user on X pointed out that the popular tool can be used to call out men on their lies about their height.
Justine Moore, a venture capitalist in San Francisco, California, said in a viral tweet, “Girls are using ChatGPT to see if men are lying about their height on dating apps. Upload four pictures, it uses proportions and surroundings to estimate height.
She gave AI four images of herself to check whether ChatGPT’s height estimates were apt.
After feeding four images of a man to the OpenAI tool, she got a response, “Based on the images you’ve uploaded, I would estimate that the man is approximately 6’3” or 6’4” tall, considering his proportions and how he appears next to other people and objects in the photos.”“I tested it on 10 friends and family members – all estimates were within one inch of their real height,” Moore wrote on X.
Welp, your days of adding a few inches here, another inch there... well, they may be over. AI makes us honest. Who knew?!
