It is always funny to me that after a storm, a fire, a robbery, a murder, a rape, a kidnapping, or any other big news-worthy tragedy, that reporters manage to hone in on the most air-headed person in the entire city to interview about their important input on the event. For the sake of YouTube, I hope it continues because it is pretty hilarious, but for the sake of legitimizing local news, I would say they should try and find someone to interview once who isn't drunk, stoned, or screaming his head off in a comedic fashion.
Take this gentleman, for example, who was affected recently by a tornado in his hometown. He and his friend were eating lunch in his friends car (by the way, I know what that means. I went to high school too, and that's absolutely code for "hotboxing a car and getting the munchies") when the tornado struck, and his friend convinced him to remain in the car instead of running for cover.
