There are few things in the world more pleasant than riding on a yacht. The fresh air, the blue water, the wind in your face... you could spend a beautiful sunny day doing nothing but lounging about, drinking some fruity blended drink and sleeping away.
Unless you were riding on this yacht in Cape Town, where this personal-space-intruding whale decided to try and join the crew aboard the boat by breaching himself all up in their grill. I imagine that while he was mid-leap he was either thinking,
"That looks like a nice spot to sunbathe," or
"OH S*** I KNEW I TIMED THIS WRONG!"
According to
the photographer, the only casualty was the boat itself. All the passengers and the whale himself were fine. Although I bet he won't ever hear the end of this from his whale friends.
